How Do I use It?
Wella Koleston is an easy one for at home use. To mix it is important to measure equal parts at a 1:1 ratio with a desired oxidant. For example one tube is 60ml, ideally using a 4%, 6%, 9% or 12% peroxide, measure your peroxide to 60ml. Mix and apply evenly starting from the ends. This should be left on for 25-40 mins.
